Eligible Primary Care Clinicians Can Now Apply to Canada Health Infoway’s national AI Scribe Program
We’re excited to announce that AutoScribe has been selected as a pre-qualified vendor for Canada Health Infoway’s National AI Scribe Program. This new initiative is starting on June 10, 2025 and is designed to help primary care clinicians across Canada reduce documentation burdens and improve patient care through secure, AI-powered clinical documentation tools.
Who is this program for?
This program is open to licensed primary health care clinicians in Canada, including family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses in remote communities, and pediatricians who provide longitudinal care in the community. Whether you're part of a large group or an independent provider, this initiative was created to support the unique challenges of front-line care.
What do you get?
Eligible primary care clinicians can receive up to one full year of funding for an AI Scribe license to help streamline documentation and significantly reduce administrative burden. As a pre-qualified vendor for the AI Scribe program, eligible clinicians may have the opportunity to select AutoScribe during their registration process. This would include access to our secure AI scribing tool, which transforms patient conversations into accurate, structured clinical notes—helping you save time, reduce burnout, and focus more on patient care.
How do you apply?
You can learn more and determine your eligibility directly through the Canada Health Infoway website. Visit the program page and, depending on your region, you may either:
- Complete your selection process through the national landing page,
- Be redirected to a provincial or territorial registration portal,
- Or receive further instructions based on your eligibility.
If eligible, review the AI Scribe solutions available in your region and begin the registration process directly with the vendor.
When is it available?
The program is available now, with funding offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying as soon as possible to secure your spot before licences are fully allocated.
